"Obama and Medvedev to sketch out a new world in Prague," headlines Hospodářské noviny on the day the US president and his Russian counterpart signed the new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) in the Czech Republic capital to replace an expired arms control treaty signed in 1991. That policy change, writes Hospodářské noviny, "probably won't go against the interests of countries that Russia still considers to be within its sphere of influence."
