Formerly known as La Vie Catholique (Catholic Life), La Vie proudly proclaims a “Christian and humanistic” approach to the world. Its mainly subscriber based and middle-aged readership is left-leaning and Christian. La Vie devotes a large amount of space to intellectual debate and spirituality, and frequently contradicts Vatican positions. It belongs to the La Vie-Le Monde group.
