Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso Transeuropa

Founded in 2000, the "Balkan and Caucasus Observatory" defines itself as "a think tank dealing with South-Eastern Europe, Turkey and Caucasus and exploring social, political and cultural transformations" of the region's countries, as well as of former communist European countries.
