After his meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President François Hollande, the Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras still hopes to get a two-year postponement, to 2016, to allow Greece to get its deficit under control. But his European partners will make their decision in October, after the next report of the EU-ECB-IMF troika.
