Secondo Catherine Ashton (al centro), non meglio precisati "progressi significativi" sono stati fatti a Bruxelles i 19 e 20 febbraio, durante l'incontro tra i primi ministri serbo Ivica Dačić (a sinistra) e kosovaro Hashim Thaci (a destra), sotto l'egida del capo della diplomazia europea.
Le discussioni, prodromiche all'apertura dei negoziati di adesione della Serbia all'Ue, riguardano l'organizzazione delle amministrazioni serbe nel nord del Kosovo, dove i serbi sono maggioritari e vogliono conservare le loro scuole e i loro tribunali.
Riprenderanno il 4 marzo, sempre a Bruxelles.
