The Belgian daily reports that the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) is preparing to file a complaint with the Council of Europe over the attitude of three Belgian regions toward "travelling people". The FIDH claim there is an "insufficient number of suitable camping grounds, a disproportionate number of expulsions and the lack of official recognition of travellers' trailers and caravans as 'lodging'."
