After three weeks of demonstrations against President Viktor Yanukovych’s decision not to sign an association agreement with the EU, political parties in Ukraine are ready for talks, reports Den.
Although security forces in Kiev have now blocked streets leading to Independence Square where Yanukovych’s opponents have gathered, there is nonetheless some positive news, notes the newspaper.
