On 24 February 2022, Putin's Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Since then, all-out war has raged relentlessly across much of the country, with cities and essential infrastructure regularly shelled. While the Ukrainian resistance is phenomenal and their courage is universally praised, the deaths and atrocities continue to pile up.
Is Europe doing enough to support Kyiv? What are the implications for Ukrainians, who rose up for the Maidan revolution in February 2014, overthrowing the pro-Russian government? What are the prospects for peace on the continent? Writer Kateryna Mishchenko will share her analysis and her hopes for Europe.
This event will be moderated by Catherine André, in English.
